CarmineLasagna2I’m a gourmet cook. I make everything from scratch. I learned on my own. I used to go to Chinatown. My friend could tell what the ingredients were just from eating the food. He told me about the specific spices that were used.

 

My specialties are lasagna and spare ribs. I also enjoy impressing my guests with my ethnic cooking abilities including Chinese and Mexican foods.
